Job Summary
- They are looking to fill in the position of an experienced Telesales Agent to be responsible for soliciting sales over the telephone.
Responsibilities
- Contacting potential customers,
- Reading from a prescribed script,
- Focusing on member-centric needs to close sales
- Documenting members’ information, transactions and reactions.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of an OND qualification
- At least 1 year of work experience.
- High-level communication and networking skills.
- A passion for sales.
- Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Self-motivated and driven
- Tech-savvy.
