Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking for an open-minded and outgoing person with extensive marketing and customer relations experience.
- Provide general assistance to the office team
- Generate additional sales by reaching out to existing and potential customers
- Provide excellent assistance to customers via phone, email, chat, whatsapp etc
- Assist customers with browsing the site, and with order and checkout process.
- Provide after sales support by reaching out to customers either via email or over the phone
- Handling special requests and complaints of customers
- Assist the Procurement Office with inventory management
Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent Customer Service experience.
- Great organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to foster and maintain relationships with individuals.
- Excellent negotiation skills and strong communication skills - proven results with key decision makers
- Ability to work well in a team
- High School Degree
