Job Title: Loan Collection Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• We are currently looking for dedicated and hard-working staff to fill in the position of a loan collection officers, which duties are contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
• Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments. Negotiating suitable payment plans. Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of SSCE. 
• 0 - 1 year work experience.
• Applicant must be living in Lagos and its environs to be suitable to apply.

Salary
N30,000 - N40,000 monthly.
