Job Title: Sales Representative - Recruitment Deals

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Source for companies in need of recruitment services.
• Someone who has experience selling programs to school.
• Creating awareness and advertising the company's services on different social media platforms.
• Deploy aggressive and persuasive selling techniques to win prospective clients.
• Available to follow up on existing clients.
• Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.
• At least 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing or other relevant discipline.
• Experience in recruitment or human resources.
• Exceptional sales skills.
• Experience selling grammar courses to schools.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Prior experience recruiting teachers
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search.
• Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems.
• A content marketer is an added advantage.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
