Job Title: Enterprise Group - Sales Strategy and Operations Specialist

1.) Operations
  • Driving weekly/bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence of operations tasks by connecting dots (load plan, funnel, WoS, Sellout, top deal, MPP-SFDC alignment etc...- processes defined in governance file )
  • Driving collaboration & action taking with country Operations & BU
  • Support adoption of new tools in SFDC (FLM reporting..) and continue SFDC Hygiene / CFOM focus
  • Implement governance process for early stage opportunity creation, longer term pipeline aligned with BU / GTM
Metrics:
  • Limited country reporting
  • Adoption of MEMA tools
  • Timely actions & meeting deadlines when submitting load plan/ segment forecast.
2.) Strategy Support
  • Define top 3 initiatives per BU to focus
  • Manage entire governance in monitoring, reporting, tracking of the initiative
  • Align with EG Initiatives and provide regular updates to EG Strategy lead & BU team
3.) Governance support (defining governance, agenda support, action tracking)
  • Weekly calls
  • MEMA calls
  • Weekly mgmt. calls
4.) Business Intelligence, Sales Planning, Sales Productivity & Excellence
  • Zooming down getting view by sales / by account (funnel below quota, TS attach below target, QTD won vs. quota …)
  • Identify whitespaces on account/ BU level
  • Provide market Intelligence (market shares, Total addressable market, other economy information)
  • Support monthly Sales forecast process that will be implemented on EG level for respective BU (GA/CP/SMB forecast)
  • Coordination of ABP/JBP creation and submission in SFDC (quality checks, assessments locally needed)
  • Support Sales coaching effort and value selling (weekly cadence of Sales and FLM mails/reminders – coordinate with your own BU)
  • Spend time in analyzing / challenging the data and facilitate action taking
5.) Sales Productivity & GTM
  • Support on Readiness – Prepare analytics behind readiness activities / quota deployment/ accounts/NCRF checks
  • Sales coverage analytics
  • Zooming down getting view by sales / by account / by partner (funnel below quota, TS attach below target, QTD won vs. quota …)
  • Whitespace analysis, account/partner performance tracking – sharing the information with Sales
6.) Quarterly Business Review and Africa / MEMA Executive visit preparations

Education and Experience Required
  • 2+ years working experience in strategy, planning, sales operations, finance analysis or related functional area.
  • University degree in business or IT management or related discipline
Knowledge and Skills Required
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
  • Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Developing business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills
  • Basic understanding of project management methodology
