Job Title: Recruitment Assistant

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Job Duties

• Coordinate hiring activities
• Prepare and post job ads online
• Screen resumes and handle initial phone screening exercise
• Schedule interviews and assist interviewees onsite
• Process background checks
• Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas).
