Job Title: Zonal Sales Lead

Location: Abia
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Managing, Training and providing overall guidance to the sales team of your assigned territory.
  • Strategize for the achievement of regional sales targets through the zonal team by breaking down the targets into different bits.
  • Continuously monitoring the achievement of targets by keeping a close check on team members.
  • Ensure satisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Communicate product schemes and offers to the regional managers and ensure their implementations.
  • Communicate proposed inventory levels to the Head of Operations or Head of Sales and Marketing for Approval.
  • Coordinate marketing team in organized seminars, meetings and conferences on zonal levels for building a prospective client database
  • Interact with customers for feedback on products
  • Ensure successful launch of new products
  • Effective program implementation
  • Timely submission of all reports as at when due.
  • Thinking outside the box via identifying new opportunities for business development within assigned territories.
  • Joint calls with reps in assigned territory.
  • Monitoring the performance of your sales force and motivating to meet and exceed the set targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences and related courses.
  • B.Pharm is an added advantage
  • 3-6 years of experience
  • Based in Abia State
  • Excellent Leadership, Management and Organizational Skills
  • Outstanding Consultative and negotiation sales skills
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft office applications.

Salary

  • N180,000 Monthly.
