Job Title: Marketing Lead

Job Description

• Mentor and motivate marketing executive in your team to achieve monthly sales target
• Generate daily leads, follow-up on them and continuously meet up with your sales target
• Help team members negotiate and close deals accordingly
• Responsible for growth of each marketing executives in your team
• Manage existing clients to ensure continuous payment of their monthly installment
• Identifying new marketing locations, target prospects and convert them to buying clients
• Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report findings to management
• Analyze customer insights and marketing best practices

Requirements

• B.Sc, HND or OND in any discipline
• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in real estate will be an added advantage
• Good Leadership skills
• Our offices are located at Egbeda Alimosho, Ipaja Alimosho and Ikeja Ogba axis. Applicants must reside within these axis.
