Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree (minimum of Second Class Upper) in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related course.
- 15 years minimum expirience, 5 year as head QS units in an A grade contruction company.
- Minimum of Second Class Lower with relevant Masters Degree.
- NIQS (Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors) Certified
- QSRBN (Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria)
- PMP / PRINCE II certification will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations.
