Job Description
The Customer technical support job role entails:
- Providing first level support services to customers.
- Attend to clients/customers' inquiries, prioritize and resolve customer complaints in a professional, timely and accurate fashion.
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
- Handle dissatisfied customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Direct or route customer inquiries and complaints to appropriate unit for assistance.
- Input and compile accurate records and responses of customer interaction on the CRM.
- Work on a shift basis, inclusive of public hoildays and weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
- Effectively monitor and manage communication across various electronic and social media channels.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Degree with 1 - 5 years relevant work experience.
Skills:
- Possess excellent communication (verbal and written skills) and presentation skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, logical thinking, attention to details, and focus on quality.
- Excellent Organizational and Multi-tasking abilities
- Customer support orientation and experience
- Empathic, Polite, Courteous, Smart and Proactive.
- Knowledge in IT or other related technical field
- Good knowledge of operating systems, hardware and software
- Serenity in challenging situations
- Tech savvy and proficient in the use of social media.
