The Institute of Governance and Social Research (IGSR) is non-profit, non-political, non-religious and non-governmental research oriented organization based in Jos. IGSR Is implementing a 3 year Peace-Building Project in Jos and its environs, funded by Nigeria Stability and Reconciliation Programme (NSRP) and UK Department for International Development (DFID).

Job Title: Programme Manager
Location: Jos
Job Description
The Programme Manager should be responsible for:
- Coordinating all project activities, while working Output/Component Officers, and Stakeholders in various committees, to achieve results;
- Reporting to the Project Leader/President on the progress of the project
- Preparing quarterly and annual narrative reports;
- Preparing operational work plan in line with the existing logframe; and
- Any other matter related to the management of the project.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree with at least 10 years experience or a Masters Degree with at least 5 years experience in project management especially in conflict matters.
