Job Tittle: Executive Secretary
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Welcome and receive visitor.
- Handle information requests.
- Coordinates office management activities.
- Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.
- Manage spreadsheets.
- Alert manager about cancellations or new meetings.
- Manage travel and business schedule.
- Prepare correspondence and stuff mail into envelopes.
- Prepare statistical reports.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
- Prepare confidential documents.
Qualifications/Skills
- Must posses at least OND and above with good grade.
- Should be computer literate
- Must be proactive
- Presentable and possess good customer-relationship
- Must be very proficient in typing
- Must possess good communication skills and have good learning/listening skills
- Must be a resident of Lagos
