The Institute of Governance and Social Research (IGSR) is non-profit, non-political, non-religious and non-governmental research oriented organization based in Jos. IGSR Is implementing a 3 year Peace-Building Project in Jos and its environs, funded by Nigeria Stability and Reconciliation Programme (NSRP) and UK Department for International Development (DFID).

Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager
Location: Jos
Job Description
The M & E Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing M&E Plan of Action;
- Monitoring progress of project Implementation and report to the Project Leader;
- Organizing periodic evaluation of the contributions being made to the overall Intended impact of the project;
- Preparing the M&E reports; and
- Any other matters related to the monitoring and evaluation of the project.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree with at least 7 years experience in programme work and good analytical skills and experience in monitoring programmmes process, and its indicators, report writing, and evaluation.
- A Masters Degree will be added advantage.
