Job Title: Loan Collection Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Deposit mobilization
• Loan Product sales
• Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely response to all issues.
• Maintain and update knowledge on all company's products and services
• Escalate non-customer care issues appropriate personnel or team
• Initiating outbound calls to customers daily to cross sell and upsell the company's product.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification is SSCE.
• 0 - 1 year work experience.
• Offer is open to all applicant who reside in Ikeja, Lagos and its environs.

Salary
N30,000 - N34,000 Monthly.
