We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Station Supervisor (Trainee)

Locations: (Awoyaya, Ajah and Iyana-Ipaja) Lagos and (Sagamu) Ogun States.

Job Responsibilities

  • Timely product request
  • Monitoring of stock levels
  • Calibration with approval if necessary
  • Maintain inventory control of products
  • Constant training of station staffs or recommendation for training
  • Participate in cross functional team meetings to enhance quality in services
  • Ensure attendants abide with the company’s code of conduct
  • Maintain station premises in a neat and organized manner
  • Assign, schedule and monitor attendant’s duties
  • Accurate capturing of readings from pumps, tanks and trucks
  • Handling of all stations financial data alongside with station auditor or assistant
  • Ensure daily banking remittals4
  • Ensure daily cash and POS reconciliations
  • Ensure accuracy in station’s financials
  • Query station expenditure and give appropriate feedback
  • Greet and receive customers in a courteous manner
  • Answer and resolve customer needs and complaints
  • Develop and introduce customer friendly initiatives and incentives
  • Oversee maintenance schedule of all station’s equipment and machineries
  • Maintained a log book on all company equipment and machineries in custody
  • Recommend for maintenance, replacement, repairs if necessary
  • Typing, Collating and Maintain accurate reports, presentations and briefs
  • Presentation of Monthly budget
  • Timely submission of Plans and Reports.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification - B.Sc./HND in Administration, or related discipline
  • Ability to multi task, prioritize daily workload, be proactive and take initiative
  • Professional discretion and confidentiality
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Verbal, written articulacy and Computer Literacy
  • Proven work experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
