Job Purpose
  • To develop, shape and deliver new product propositions for Mobile. You will be responsible for shaping new product development for mobile banking, SMS, apps and mobile payments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategy for new product development for mobile
  • Scan market to source new technologies which can generate new revenue streams and manage creation of business case
  • Ensuring Product Stability and functionality.
  • Ensure New to bank customers registered on Mobile Money platform.
  • Prioritise new initiatives based on brand fit, ROI and driving the strategic agenda
  • Form a roadmap of new initiatives.
  • Build Best-in-class mobile banking product proposition for retail customers of Bank.
  • Continuously maintain a strong product proposition that attains competitive advantage
  • Develop & implement new products, concepts and business case to determine viability
  • Responsible for all processes related to the products; training various stakeholders on existing and new processes
  • Conceptualize and implement promo strategy and campaigns for driving the product penetration across the customer base
  • Liaise with marketing team to create communication to convey product features/benefits to customers.
  • Work jointly with the various distribution channels to increase recruitment of customers and usage of the product
  • Monitoring P&L & Service levels
Key performance measures
  • Product Revenue, Volume and Value of Transactions and Market Share.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • B.Sc
Experience:
  • Passionate for digital channels and opportunities they offer to customers and organization
  • Being highly customer oriented and ability to come with out-of-the-box solutions
Required Competencies

Technical Competencies:
  • Analytical skills to evaluate the various customer/product innovations and insight to deliver superlative performance
  • Collaboration with various functions for project implementation
  • Understanding of processes & retail banking technology related to mobility solutions
Personal Competencies:
  • Ability to quickly understand / anticipate the business requirement and outline the business benefit
  • Should be a result Oriented, Go-Getter, have a passion for numbers and be able to work under deadlines
