We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations / Fulfillment Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
• Managing fleet, logistics, shipments around fulfilment of orders
• Providing quality customer service.
• Working in a professional manner to achieve tasks in a time sensitive fashion
• Contributing to any other team tasks which are necessary for the success of the organisation.
• Preparing documentation for order fulfillment of pharmaceutical products
• Assisting to manage the company’s product database
• Prepare operational reports by extracting critical and actionable information for management’s use
• Performing general administrative tasks
• Ensure facility, vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Ensuring continuous compliance with operational processes.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field with a minimum of 4 years work experience.
• Must have experience as an operations person in a supply chain environment, particularly pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience budgeting and forecasting
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership ability.
• Outstanding organisational skills.
• Applicant must be resident in Ibadan.
