Job Summary
- Implementation Management has a leading, coordinating and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization.
- The job role can be adapted and used for managing all implementation services e.g. Network Design, Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Installation, Integration services etc.
- Responsible for management of activities and personnel both from Ericsson, Customer and Suppliers according to Ericsson requirements and Customer contract.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience as Radio Implementation Manager eg Site Engineer, Installer, Civil Works construction, Civil Work design, Turn-key rollout incl. Site Acquisition etc.
- BEng/B.Sc/HND or its equivalent degrees in any of the Engineering or related Fields
- Must have oral and written communication skills
- Reporting using Site Handler/Excel/Power Point is a must
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors
- Takes ownership to drive end to end
- Can work independently
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office suite of programs. Ericsson tools like PIwin, GASK and SiteHandler
- Good knowledge of Ericsson family of RBS2000/3000/6000 and Trouble Shooting skills.
- Good knowledge of Ericsson TN family and Trouble Shooting skills.
- Good knowledge of Feeder Measurements and Trouble Shooting (like VSWR and PIM problems).
- Good knowledge of Ericsson Installation standards, Site Engineering and Quality.
- Good communication skill (English, written and speaking) and a Transfer-of-Knowledge attitude.
