We are currently looking for several Implementation Manager. This role is a contract for 6 to 12 months (plus possible extension), based in Lagos.

Job Summary
  • Implementation Management has a leading, coordinating and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization.
  • The job role can be adapted and used for managing all implementation services e.g. Network Design, Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Installation, Integration services etc.
  • Responsible for management of activities and personnel both from Ericsson, Customer and Suppliers according to Ericsson requirements and Customer contract.
Responsibilities & Tasks
  • End to end interface to Project and Customers
  • Relate with supply on materials, Logistics, Sourcing, neighboring function involved in the rollout
  • Documentation

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience as Radio Implementation Manager eg Site Engineer, Installer, Civil Works construction, Civil Work design, Turn-key rollout incl. Site Acquisition etc.
  • BEng/B.Sc/HND or its equivalent degrees in any of the Engineering or related Fields
  • Must have oral and written communication skills
  • Reporting using Site Handler/Excel/Power Point is a must
  • Experience managing multiple subcontractors
  • Takes ownership to drive end to end
  • Can work independently
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office suite of programs. Ericsson tools like PIwin, GASK and SiteHandler
  • Good knowledge of Ericsson family of RBS2000/3000/6000 and Trouble Shooting skills.
  • Good knowledge of Ericsson TN family and Trouble Shooting skills.
  • Good knowledge of Feeder Measurements and Trouble Shooting (like VSWR and PIM problems).
  • Good knowledge of Ericsson Installation standards, Site Engineering and Quality.
  • Good communication skill (English, written and speaking) and a Transfer-of-Knowledge attitude.
