Lifestores has developed a pharmaceutical marketplace called OGApharmacy to help pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics manage their inventory more efficiently, enjoy group purchase discounts, access loans, and better serve their patients. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Superintendent Pharmacist

Location: Lagos

About the Role

  • We are looking for a pharmacist who is analytical, data-driven, collaborative, friendly, well-organized, and self-motivated.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Commercial: Implements existing sales initiatives, Collects & identifies basic insights from customer feedback, meets store sales targets at least once every quarter, Provides strategic feedback for sales improvement.
  • Operational: Ensures weekly orders are sent on time, ensures usage of technology, effectively maintains equipment, ensures a clean environment, participates in induction all new team members and timely feedback '-Meets set timelines with routine and non-routine tasks.
  • Clinical: Offers effective counsel to customers, ensures adherence with Lifestores' quality guidelines, provides guidance and clinical training to intern pharmacists 'Participates in clinical research programs at the store.
  • Team: Works respectfully and collaboratively with other team members, identifies areas of growth for other team members and offers advice to them, Design training programs for team members as necessary.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications
  • 2-5 years post-NYSC retail pharmacy experience
  • You should be comfortable with change, as you would be entering the company at an exciting phase of development.
  • You should have a hands-on approach since initially you would be mostly carrying out the above activities yourself vs. delegating to others.
  • In addition, you would be working closely with other leadership team members. You should also be proficient in the use of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
