Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate shall be accountable for positioning and driving the overall business operations, people and processes for business profitability, customer satisfaction, and increase in stakeholders’ value.
• The candidate will oversee operations, people and processes for optimum profitability, so as to ensure maximum “value-add” for all stakeholders.
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / BSc qualification with relevant experience.
