Bargs Cafe - Located in the neighborhood areas of Lekki, steps away from the Mosque and right across the street from the water channel, BARGS is a new bakery, cafe and patisserie in a quiet area with a perfect blend of great pastries and casual drinks.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• Employed staff will be required to handle all aspects of managing the business; from the preparation of food to the delivery of the final product, hiring, firing and the profit and loss.
• Applicant's main responsibilities would be the management of product, service and image of the restaurant.
• Applicants will have the ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day operations and will always be working towards and exceeding performance targets.
• Applicants must be required to show a desire to fulfil these ambitions.

Responsibilities
Applicant's duties will include but not limited to:

• To meet and exceed performance targets.
• To recruit, train and manage other branch staff.
• Provide a consistently high-quality product and service to customers.
• Liaise with other senior management regarding marketing and business development.
• Ensure that health and safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times.

Background Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc qualification
• Good experience in a structured confectionery industry
• Applicant must be resident in Victoria Island / Lekki axis
• Diploma / Degree in Hospitality, Hotel and Catering, Food Sciences or any related discipline is an added advantage.

Salary
N80,000 - N90,000 Monthly.
