Bargs Cafe - Located in the neighborhood areas of Lekki, steps away from the Mosque and right across the street from the water channel, BARGS is a new bakery, cafe and patisserie in a quiet area with a perfect blend of great pastries and casual drinks.

We are recruiting qualified candidates to join our zealous team of highly efficient staff in the position below:

Job Title: Supervisor

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Employed staff will be responsible for the daily supervision of floor operations and to ensure the maintenance of standard product quality, and hygiene compliance.
• Applicant will supervise and motivate the team in each shift and management of all productions.

Applicant's duties will include but not limited to:

• Screening, hiring, and training restaurant staff.
• Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.
• Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
• Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
• Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
• Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
• Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
• Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.

Background Requirements

• Good experience in a structured confectionery industry.
• Minimum of OND.
• Applicant must be resident in Victoria Island / Lekki axis.

Skills Required:

• Great Communication Skills (oral and written).
• Must be Articulate and Organized.
• Must be Analytical and a Good Planner.

Salary Range
N50,000 - N60,000 Monthly.
