Job Description

  • We are recruiting for the position of Regulatory Compliance Executive. A results-driven individual who is experienced and keen to develop new skills related to regulatory compliance in the healthcare or other sectors,whocaresa lot about detail and pride in impeccable execution.

Job Responsibilities

  • The regulatory Compliance Executive is responsible for the development and implementation of regulatory compliance strategies and ensuring compliance with applicable rules and regulations, policies, guidelines, codes, and laws.

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement an effective compliance program.
  • Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them
  • Help to foster a positive culture of compliance by working proactively to ensure that best practices and systems are in place to facilitate business growth and the overall success of business in accordance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and internal policy.
  • Responsible for drafting policy, process, and procedure to improve the compliance posture of the organization
  • Ensure that statutory training requirements are met.
  • Responsible for preparing and delivering compliance-related training and communications to employees
  • Carry out employee relations investigations as requested by the business
  • Collaborate with other functional areas like the HR unit and other stakeholders in the delivery of compliance programs and training to employees.
  • Create a program for the applicant and employee testing.
  • Input all interactions in the case management system and/or leave the management system
  • Responsible for the maintenance of company-mandated reports on all incidents.
  • Discreetly handle sensitive employee reports or information.
  • Assist in creating and implementing effective onboarding plans
  • Interviewing executives, managers, and employees to determine compliance-related priorities.
  • Reviewing documentation, processes, and practices.
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.

Education / Experience

  • Minimum of a First Degree in Law or any Social Sciences.
  • Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in Regulatory Compliance discipline is required.
