We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inventory Controller

Locations: Port Harcourt - Rivers, Ilorin - Kwara, Ibadan - Oyo & Benin - Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
• Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices.
• Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
• Document, distill product requirement into clearly defined user stories and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
• Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS).
• Analyzing, priortizing and resolving issues arising from product development.
• Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the appropriate authority.
• Maintaining and updating records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records.
• Work with software engineers to estimate work and time estimates, escalate issues and monitor progress.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or similar preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, warehousing, logistics, or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of inventory management software such as Odoo, NetSuite, Fishbowl, and Zoho Inventory.
• Exceptional understanding of inventory management practices such as ABC analysis and cycle counting.
• Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management, collaboration and organizational skills.
