They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven individual to work with XEM Consultants Limited as a manager to direct and manage the organization's business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.
  • He/she will be responsible for shaping the work environment, setting strategy, allocating resources, developing other staff, building the organization, and overseeing operations.

Responsibilities

  • The manager’s responsibilities will include formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies.
  • He or she will be responsible for the entire office management
  • He/she will be responsible for setting goals that align with organizational objectives.
  • Able to develop and implement actionable strategies to help his/her team meet those targets.
  • Good understanding allocating budget resources to programs or activities
  • Able to coordinate day to day business operations of the organization
  • He/ she must have the capacity to monitoring and motivating staff to perform at optimal level
  • Previous experience in managing operational costs and budget management
  • Ensuring good customer service and effective communication
  • Able to improve administration processes for effective output
  • Experience engaging with vendors at various level
  • Previous experience in hiring and training employees
  • Able to identify new business opportunities
  • Experience in monitoring financial activities.
  • Experience in evaluating performance and productivity
  • Able to analyze accounting and financial data.
  • Experience with research and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Experience in generating reports and giving PowerPoint presentations.

Qualifications

  • A Degree in Business Management or a Master’s in Business Administration
  • 3 - 10 years work experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Superior knowledge of business functions
  • Good knowledge of different business functions.
  • Exceptional budgeting, and finance skills
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized and strong work ethic.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Computer literate
  • Proactive nature.
