Mopheth Nigeria Limited is a leading pharmaceutical store focused on meeting needs and providing quality and innovative products and services to her customers. We currently serve customers around the city from locations in Victoria Island, Lekki and Festac.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Female Inventory Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• He/she is responsible in preparing the inventories, maintaining the stock records, using computerized systems for entering the records.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure there is no over-stocking or out-of-stock of inventor
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile variance.
• Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
• Actively participate in the monthly physical count of Inventory, reconciles actual stock count to Quick books
• Generate reports and follow through to ensure the necessary stock adjustment is carried out on Quick book.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND Degree in Inventory Management, Mathematics or any related field.
• 1 - 2 years of working experience in related field
• Must be detailed and organized
• Proficient with Ms. Office and QuickBooks
• Excellent organizational and communication skill
• Proximity to job location
• Willing to learn.
