Job Title: Despatch Supervisor - Internal Only

Department: Warehousing & Inventory
Job Descriptios
- Implement daily loading plan received from Warehouse Manager
- Printing and issuing gate passes to transporters/customers
- Plan and assign transportation for deliveries and ensure prompt despatch
- Ensure that all loading and despatch equipment are in good working order and to request through the logistics manager for faulty equipment to be repaired or replaced.
- Manage and supervise the activities of Data Entry Operator
- Ensure that a loading report is put together at the end of the shift
The Person
- Able to work in a team
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
Qualification / Experience
- OND in any discipline
- 2 years relevant experience
