Job Title: Human Resource / Internal Control Trainee
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Assisting departments with their recruitment needs.
- Screening potential employees' resumes, interviewing them and administering offers
- Conducting inductions of new staff
- Assisting in managing payroll and deductions
- Assisting with the production andimplementation of HR policies and procedures
- Updating employee records with contact information and employment details.
- Assisting in responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies and other HR matters.
- Identifying and evaluating the accounting, operating and compliance risks and controls.
- Assisting in conducting prepayment audits of transactions.
- Ascertaining the extent to which company assets are accounted for and safeguarded against loss.
- Assisting in conducting reviews and audits.
Requirements and skills
- HND / B.Sc Degree with 0 - 1 year relevant work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in all major Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- The ability to act in a confidential and sensitive manner
- Be confident about gathering facts and making financial calculations
- The ability to work accurately, with good attention to detail
- Proven experience working in an office environment.
- Must have completed ICAN’s ATS 2.
Salary
N720,000 - N840,000 Annually.
