Job Title: Online Sales Representative
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Receive orders from customers through digital platforms.
- Sell, upsell and cross-sell to customers
- Manage and update customers’ data.
- Attend to customers' enquires or feedback.
- Keep records and provide reports of sales activities to the supervisor.
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor
Skills and Experience
- HND degree or equivalent.
- Must possess at least 1-year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell.
Remuneration
- Basic pay -N720,000 per annum
- Plus performance-based pay and fringe benefits
