Job Title: CX Ops Engineer

Job Description
- The ideal candidate willbe responsible for supporting our number management and KYC operations, the engineer in this role, will support the end-to-end number management, in the GSM, Enterprise, FTTH, Airtel Money, and other customer domains. Services managed, will include, but not limited to KYC, MNP, DSA, and SIMSWAP.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Monitor the smooth operation of MNP, KYC and ensure the field does not run out of numbers
- Administer the required applications to ensure optimal availability and service efficiency
- Support KYC operations.
- Support system upgrades and rollout
- Support the field daily by resolving all open and operational issues
- Ensure full system availability.
- Investigate reasons for service faults
- Assist with change management, ensuring minimal impact on subscribers, and end users during patch implementation, upgrades and bug fixes.
Qualification, Experience and Skills
- First Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience.
- Scripting in SQL,
- Perl,
- Python and Shell.
Salary
N350,000 - N450,000 / month.
