Job Title: Quality Control Supervisor
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Gaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the team.
- Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
- Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.
- Gaining feedback from the customers, attending meetings, submitting reports.
- Read blueprints and specifications
- Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
- Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process.
- Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced.
- Operate electronic inspection equipment and software
- Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Science.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a telecommunications industry
- Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
- Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Good technical and IT skills.
