Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• A Project Manager oversees different initiatives or projects of a business, monitors their progress and completion, and ensures that they meet the expectations of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Create project plans and ensure the Management’s deliverables are met.
• Supervise team members and ensure that all time targets (deadlines) are complied with.
• Prepare progress reports for the Management.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Manage communication with vendors and suppliers
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Identify the resources needed for the project and source these materials.
• Maintain strict compliance with all project’s budget.
• Prepare and Implement Health Safety and Environment policy and train all staff to comply.
• Select and oversee safety champions across and sites.
• Sensitize staff and clients on HSE protocols and its benefits for their wellbeing.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Estate Management or a relevant field from a recognized institution of higher learning.
• Certifications in PNP and HSE is highly recommended.
• 5 - 7 years of experience preferably in the Facility/Estate Management or Hospitality industry.

Remuneration
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
