Role Summary/Purpose
DI Segment Leader run sales conversion predictability; drive segment backlog execution, forecast and inventory, responsible for hand over from Sales, work with ITO to improve order quality.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Lead Segment Backlog Management Execution and Drive Equipment Delivery and Sales Transfers.
  • Run sales conversion predictability; define priorities to meet segment sales commitment.
  • Ensure Equipment Delivery Quality to Our Customers.
  • Coach and manage OTR PjM team in keeping them highly motivated to high performance in ED.
  • Coach and support Sales and with ITO teams to improve order quality, drive Hand over from Sales team
  • Ensure order entry compliance
  • Define Equipment sales forecast and drive OP Equipment sales.
  • Ensure on time order quality and reliability.
  • Primarily responsible for installation and warranties monthly cost control.
  • Lead Equipment transfer calls and updates to HQ.
  • Drive all Equipment related inventories.
  • Manage transportation costs, customers and duties productivity with high quality standards.
  • Control margin erosion in the backlog.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Business School or Engineering degree.
  • 3 to 5 years' experience.
  • Customer/Field experience.
  • People Management.
  • Team Player.
  • Leadership & Coaching.
  • Green Belt trained.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Committed to deliver.
  • Knowledge of GE Healthcare Products & Equipment Sales business.
  • Customer Satisfaction Oriented.
  • Able to work in matrix environment.
  • Problem Solving expertise.
  • Understanding of Financial Data.
