Operates Nationwide distribution, making cooking gas available in every home with quality kitchen appliances. Availability of LPG butane cylinders for bottling and refill 5kg, 6kg,12.5kg and 50kg. Supply and install heavy duty commercial and industrial kitchen appliances as well as electrical equipment. Provides storage tanks for LPG bulk users, Restaurant, hotels, institutions. Possess fleet of Road haulage LPG tankers, Delivery vehicles sales and service centers and refilling Facilities. Member of LPG tank off -Takers club, NALPGAM, The Lagos chamber of commerce and industry (LPG Trade group)".

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Secretary

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public.
• Directing internal and external calls, emails, and faxes to designated departments.
• Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
• Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
• Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note-taking, and travel bookings.
• Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for events, if required.
• Observing the best business practices and etiquette.
• Works Mondays to Friday and Saturdays on roaster bases.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 - 2 years of work experience
• Preferably female between the ages of 20 - 25 who can always travel with the Chairman
• Must be a computer literate
• Must be very smart in appearance and a good dress sense.

Salary
N40,000 - N45,000 Monthly.
