George Houston Resources Limited (GHR) - Our client, a leading Fintech Company located Ikeja, Lagos, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Call Center Telemarketer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes.
• Providing information to customers.
• Monitoring sales performance.
• Closing sales deals.
• Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.
• Take customer’s complaints and seek proactive ways to resolve their problems, proffering solutions.
• Support in resolving customer complaints.
• Records the details of Customers.
• Maintain a positive attitude amidst customers provocation.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND / OND / NCE qualification in a related field from recognized institution.
• 0 - 1 year of experience.
• 18 - 25 years old
• Preferable female for gender balance.
• Must reside around Ikeja, Ogba, Opebi, Iyana Ipaja, Maryland or Oshodi.

Remuneration
N45,000 Monthly.
