Job Description
- Strategic Leadership
- High level Negotiation skills and Stakeholder interface
- Framing, exploration and execution of business strategy
- Budgeting and achievement of revenue/budget forecasts
- Development of the organizational structure in Nigeria & west Africa
- Implementation of the organizations approved operational plans
- Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the organizations internal processes
- Ensure optimal management of the company's financial, human and material resources
- Responsibility for overall operation in agreed geographical areas and adherence to global and local service standards while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Co-ordinate day to day activities of the company
- Key driver of business development and expansion
- Project Management
Desired Skills and Experience
- A graduate in Engineering.
- An MBA and/or a relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 15 years cognate experience, Seven of which must be at a top management position in a recognized corporate organization globally.
- Knowledge and insights of current trends in the power sector and innate ability to lead the development of critical infrastructure/projects and create new business platforms.
