MacTay Consulting - Our client, a Liquor Store, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Sales Representative

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and positive customer service to patrons and visitors to the retail stores.
• Perform accurate and timely cashier functions, including scanning and entering sales transactions, basic mathematical computations, making change and handling cash.
• Perform required ID checks on customers and notifies management of violations, concerns, etc.
• Comply with all regulations regarding sales transactions and established procedures.
• Restock shelves and fill coolers with new merchandise.
• Perform periodic inventory of stock on hand.
• Assist customers in selection of various brands of liquors, wines, etc., advises on quantity of
• purchases for special occasions, and helps customers with carry-outs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• To provide courteous customer service dealing with sale of liquor and to know and observe the various state and local regulations regarding the sale of liquor.

Requirements

• SSCE, OND, HND or its equivalent with 0 - 1 year of work experience.
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Knowledge of the various brands and the common usage of liquors and merchandise sold in liquor stores.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical computations including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Experience in operating a cash register and making change.
• Experience in retail sales.
• Experience with personal computers.

Remuneration
N35,000 Monthly.
