Job Specification
- Ability to work in a standard office environment
- Ability to occasionally work outdoors.
- Ability to plan, organize, administer, review of day to day activities
- Develop and implement techniques for improving human resources processes.
- Evaluate alternative to tackling issues and make appropriate and creative recommendations

Qualifications
- Must have an LLB or it equivalent or a degree in Administration/Humanities
- Must possess Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience of which 5 years should be in the senior management level
- Must be knowledgeable in computer applications related to Human resources including word processing, spreadsheets and database applications
