We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Payment Assistant

Location: Ogun
Working hours: 8.30am - 65.30pm and work in shifts on Saturday

Job Description
Employee shall perform the following duties:

• Contact customers and remind them repay their loans on time.
• Advise customers on payment options and negotiate appropriate payment plans.
• Maintain customer payment records.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / NCE qualification with 0 - 2 years work experience.
• Have experience in calling customers.
• Must have an Android Smartphone.
• Infrastructure to work from home when necessary.

Remuneration
N35,000 Monthly + N35,000 bonus based on performance.
