We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• Responsible for the smooth and profitable running of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, excellent product quality, and maintaining high standards of general hygiene.

Key Functions

• Ensures that customers are well served and enjoy a pleasant dining experience.
• Monitor staff members to ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and a conducive ambiance
• Ensures that staff are properly scheduled and positioned in respective departments according to skill set
• Ensures that staff is appropriately dressed, complies with specified dress code, and maintains a high level of personal hygiene.
• Ensure product availability and production according to specified recipes and are checked for quality before being displayed for sales.
• Liaise with procurement officer/store keeper to ensure that raw materials are available for production.
• Ensures that all sales transactions are duly entered into the cash registers, cash is accurately remitted to the accountant, and sales analysis is compiled at the close of business.
• Meet and achieve set budget/targets
• Supervises staff to ensure compliance to set standards and policies.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience.
• S/He Must be energetic
• Possess key attention to details
• A target-oriented go-getter
• Must be people Oriented,
• Must be tech savvy, computer literate and havethe ability to use microsoft office packages and modern office technology
