Job Description
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 2 years experience.
- Interested candidates should be staying on the island and its environments
- Interested candidates should be available to resume at the resumption date.
