Job Title: Research & Development / Consulting Manager

Location: Ejigbo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Role

• Drive the achievement of periodic revenue target of the business unit.
• Come up with business development/growth plan for the Research & Development/Consulting business unit.
• Build strong relationship with both existing and new customers
• Ensure growth in CREM’s market share in Research & Dev/Consulting
• Strategically drive the retention of our customer base/market share in the business vertical.
• Design innovative and compelling Research and Consulting proposals that elicit curiosity for result.
• Facilitate training when necessary.
• Build a robust customer relationship management mechanism to ensure enhanced usage.
• Discover cracks in Clients’ businesses leading to consulting opportunity.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Master's Degree qualification with 7 - 9 years work experience.
