Job Description
- We are currently looking for dedicated and hard-working staff to fill in the position of a loan collection officers, which duties are contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
- Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments. Negotiating suitable payment plans. Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.
Requirements
- Applicant with O'level with good communication skills and computer literate are also open to apply as it will be great added value.
- 0 - 1 year work experience.
Salary
N30,000 - N40,000 monthly.
