Job Description

• We are looking for a Business Development Associate to drive our MPG Club & Events membership through digital banners, graphic designs, discount offers, event planning and marketing items selection; drive our MPG Human Resource/Recruitment arm with professional/ technical skills and knowledge in handling employment resumes, employment job-posting, recruitment, integration links, profile resume pairing, technical software knowledge and sales targets; and drive sales/awareness of MPG University Training Courses, Custom Course Research and Partnership Courses to target market.
• The role requires building and managing relationships with existing customers as well as generating new leads, and we're looking for a self-motivated individual who can work on their own initiative.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years experience.
• The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of relevant industry practices, good communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Candidate must understand Supply Chain Management, Oil and Gas and Job pairing.
• Candidate must have understanding in White Labeling Construction, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing Safety.

Remuneration
USD300 Monthly.
