Job Title: Call Center VoIP Engineer

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a qualified VoIP engineer to oversee the installation and management of our VoIP network.
• In this role, you will be responsible for designing and deploying enterprise solution architecture, coordinating installations and migrations, and managing.

Job Responsibilities

• Meeting with Head of Customer Service manager to determine the call center networking needs.
• Maintaining and managing existing SIP Trunk resources to ensure SIP Trunk operation.
• Developing architecture plans for voice and data services.
• Troubleshooting VoIP network issues.
• Pre-production testing, acceptance and training of call center business systems.
• Developing new SIP Trunk suppliers with stable service capabilities and price advantages.
• Maintaining good business relationship.
• Other tasks assigned by department superiors

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• 3 - 5 years of work experience.
• Previous experience working as a VoIP network engineer.
• In-depth knowledge of VoIP systems and IP Protocols.
• Detailed knowledge of network security systems and software.
• Good project management skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
