Job Brief

• The Director of Pastoral Care, takes responsibility of all aspects of the day-to day running of the school outside academic activities.

Main Responsibilities

• The support, coaching, line management, appraisal and development of all Pastoral staff.
• The management and development of all boarding issues, including the investigation of complaints from students, parents and staff.
• The design, development and implementation of systems to ensure that workloads between pastoral staff are balanced.
• Ensuring that the school fulfils the demands of regulatory compliance for inspections,including the minimum standards for Boarding for authorisation by COBIS

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification.
• Must have worked in a full boarding school in related capacity
