We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Logistics Recovery and Reconciliation Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Keep track of drivers’ daily work and to identify outstanding debts.
• Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments of drivers
• On-board 3PL in the Logistics Space.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Handle questions or complaints from both clients and drivers.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.
• Performing daily verification and calculating driver’s loadings.
• Supporting driver’s daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation.
• Checking backend to ensure drivers are meeting up with their daily work and reconciliation.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as debt recovery and reconciliation personnel.
• Minimum of 2 years in similar capacity.
• Knowledge in Logistics Operation.
• Knowledge of relevant road legal requirements.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify errors.
• Appropriate handling of sensitive information.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
• Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and database.
