Job Description

• Our client is need of a procurement officer who would be in charge of creating vendor connections in order to acquire the greatest discounts on items for their organization.

Responsibilities
The procurement officer will be expected to:

• Purchase items or services that fulfill the organization’s quantity and quality objectives.
• Monitor and supervise staff and all buying department activities
• Prepare budgets, cost analyses, and reports
• Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree
• 1 - 3 years procurement of Admin department
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software
• Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Supervisory and management experience.
