Job Description

• We are in need of a performance management supervisor who would be in charge of overseeing the workflow at the facilities.
• The ideal applicant should be knowledgeable and capable of guiding and training personnel.

Responsibilities
The performance management supervisor is expected to:

• Set performance and deadline goals that are consistent with the company’s aims and vision, and convey them to subordinates.
• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
• Ensure employee productivity should be monitored, and positive criticism and coaching should be provided.
• Prepare and submit performance reports.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• 1 - 3 years as HRM General Officer.
