Job Title: Receivable Officer (Real Estate)

Job Description
- They are in need of a receivable officer who would be in charge of assuring operational correctness and efficiency, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and safeguarding income by confirming and publishing receipts.
Responsibilities
- Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
- Preparing bills receivable, invoices and bank deposits
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years Accounting Graduate
- Proven working experience as Accounts Receivable Clerk, Accounts Receivable Manager or accountant
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
